
Bishop Cruise Signup
We will see you for the next Bishop event in May 2027
The time has come for those of you who want a fantastic run getaway in the Eastern Sierra Mountains and Desert Scenery. This is a three night, four day trip to Bishop Ca. Thursday June 18th- leaving Sunday June 21st morning. See below for details, registration and payment.
Itinerary
Thursday June 18th:
Make your way to Bishop. Check in. Meet for dinner at the Bishop Golf Course banquet room. Dinner is Prime Rib, with some other choices of the main dinner including bread and salad.


Friday June 19th:
We will run through the Owens Valley up to Mono Lake, then lunch at the Restaurant at 395 Hwy. and the 120 Hwy. Then back down 395 Hwy south towards Bishop. On the way back we will detour on some winding roads. Ending with a stop for ice cream for those who want some tasty dessert! Friday night you are on your own for dinner.
Saturday June 20th:
We will start on the 395 Hwy. south to the 168 Hwy. East in Big Pine up to the Ancient Bristlecone Pines at Schulman Grove Visitor Center for about a hour and a half. This is a Bio break time and visiting time, then we head back out to the 168 Hwy. and head east for some fantastic twisty roads with a long stretch straight, then more twisty road. At the end we make a u-turn head back to Bishop for lunch. Saturday night dinner at the Whiskey Creek Restaurant.


Sunday June 21st:
Option to do a scenic drive at June Lake loop before we leave the area.

Lodging:
Most folks are staying at Wayfinder Bishop. We did not meet the quota to get discounted rooms so, everyone is on their own for lodging. There is a special if you prepay at Wayfinder.


Price for Meals and Tee-Shirt:
We have had a change of plans for prepaid dinners and prepayment will now only include the Country Club Dinner on Thursday June 18. The Wiskey Creek Dinner will be paid individually. $104.00 covers the dinner and tee-shirt per person attending.
