Name Badges Order Form

 Anyone interested in ordered name badges, please complete the online form below.  Then click the "submit button" and continue to the online payment section. Once completed we will mail you your badge, so be sure to fill in the mailing address on the form.
For the badges, the club logo is personalized to show your car color, including interior and model.  If you would prefer the official club logo (red M1 with black interior) just let us know.
In addition to the club logo and your name, each badge includes up to 3 additional lines of text.  It can be your car color, car nickname, your nickname, city where you live, your website, anything else that is not offensive.  Use your imagination.  Just remember that the longer the line of text, the smaller the font.  And the longest line (except name) controls the font size for all 3 lines.
